| Dave Potter began coaching at Layritz Little League in 2003. He started coaching the the summer Allstars in 2005 and managing the Allstars in 2007. |
| Dave is a 3 time runner-up at the BC Championships, including 2021 with 6 present day Mariners and coaches Randy Hess and Dan Therrien. While coaching Little League, he also managed Bantam AA and Midget AA for three seasons each. He is proud to have coached many current and past Mariners players. |
